When will Justin Bieber be in Minneapolis, Minnesota?

The closest to where I live where concerts are is Minneapolis, Minnesota. Thats where I saw Miley Cyrus and now I want to see Justin Bieber. My only hopes of seeing him is if he is in Minnesota. I know he was there last year on June 29, 2010; I'm hoping he'll come back this year and if he does I need to know when so I can get tickets far enough in advance to be guaranteed a good spot. Please only real, honest answers. Don't call me an obsessed fan for asking this legitimate question. I am determined to see Justin Bieber in concert and I'm hoping you'll help me. My Bieber Fever needs to be nurtured!
