Do you think it's possible your parental influence has a lot to do with your sexual orientation?

I'm bisexual and lean strongly for women. I find that I like women who are a little older than me, and who are caring/touchy/nurturing and protective. I lived with a single mom who was hardly around(always at work), and would get physical when angry with me. We never hug, never say "I love you", never compliment each other, etc.
