What do you think of people who refuse to hear constructive criticism?

some people acquire the habit of listening only to applauds depending on their upbringing. They may not be very accustomed to listening to any criticisms. There family might be overencouraging from the begining irrespective of correctness,for example. Or maybe his ego is just inflexible. But as he grows up i guess he will learn to take in constructive criticism more graciously. Just be patient and keep doing the good work without overdoing it.
