My cat brought home a newborn baby bunny! Please help?

He is in perfect condition. He hasn't even opened his eyes. We are going to nurture him until he has grown. Please tell me the things I need to know so one day I can release him into the wild. Like feeding, bedding, and warmth. Anything please!
