Is it normal for a 15 month old to be wobbly on his feet?

Some kids are most clumsy than others. My son wasn't walking fully until around 16 months and even then he was very clumsy and fell down a lot. That's just a part of being a baby. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you don't see improvement by 19 months.
