Is the diction Shakespeare uses the same as diction uses in late 16th century, Italy the same?

I'm write a personal response to text and i'm generally trying to find language from the 16th century Italy. If Shakespeare diction is not close, could you give me a website or a book which has some basic Italy diction from that time period? Thank You SOOOO much.
