I would love to start fostering children around the same age as my daughter im only 20?

my fiance works full time and im struggling to find a full time job but to be honest i love my daughter and children so much id just rather nurture until they are ready for school but i think im going to struggle to be accepted to foster because im so young but im more mature when it comes to being a parent i brought up my sister due to my mums health issues what do you think ?
