Date help? What does this mean?

I went to a movie yesterday with this girl and I liked her and I thought she liked me back. During the movie, I noticed her hand was slowly getting closer to mine so I made a move to try to hold her hand. Instead of taking mine, she kinda lightly elbowed my arm away. Is this a clear cut sign that I should move on to another girl? Or is there still hope for me with this girl?
